We can choose the type of sauna through several filters. There are many options, some at very affordable prices.
The first filter would be the type of sauna. Basically, there are three types of sauna:

Traditional sauna: also called Finnish sauna, they are characterized by offering a very high temperature and low humidity. They can be electric or wood-burning.

Infrared sauna: The heat is not generated in the room but its emitters directly affect the skin, so they do not reach such high temperatures. They are electric.

Hybrid saunas: these saunas combine both technologies in the same room.
The second filter would be the location: indoor or outdoor.
The third filter will be the size, normally calculated by the maximum number of people who will use the sauna at the same time.
